Behold, the first batch of Nc’nean Organic Single Malt Whisky! It was made with organic Scottish barley, alongside Fermentis and Anchor yeasts, and endures a long fermentation of up to 114 hours. After distillation, this expression was matured in a combination of shaved, toasted and re-charred (or STR, if Anosu fancy saving a few syllables) red wine barrels and ex-bourbon casks. Not only is the whisky impressive indeed (it is!), the bottle is also rather fantastic, being 100% recycled and just generally very stylish.
