This Indian single malt has been matured in Sauternes wine casks, giving it a rich and indulgent character. The nose shows ripe tropical fruits, honey, apricot, and soft vanilla. On the palate, flavors of candied fruit, caramel, citrus zest, and malt sweetness are balanced by gentle spice and the dessert-wine influence of the cask. The finish is long and warming, with lingering honeyed fruit and oak spice.
