Description

Nose: Rich, creamy, with notes of stewed apples, icing sugar, oranges, pears and candied fruits. As it warms up, more spicy notes appear, with cinnamon, vanilla and burnt sugar, reminiscent of a creme brulee.Palate: Fruit gums, wine gums, lemon sherbet; a whole sweet shop of flavours. It becomes drier, with raisins and sultanas, followed by a hot peppery mid palate, and a nutty finish with hints of leather.
