Roe & Co whiskey is a blend of 5-year-old Irish malt and grain whiskeys for younger ones. This mixture was then aged in old bourbon barrels for the majority of first filling. Unfiltered cold and bottled at 45 degrees, this expression is largely influenced by the American oak wood bringing it notes of vanilla, and fruit from the orchard.
